Masks are recommended for those not fully vaccinated while visiting the brewery
We will continue to sanitize all surfaces regularly and staff will continue to wear masks until such time as this pandemic is over
How do I order?
Check out and pay online. Online orders are ready for Pickup in 48hrs. For an additional flat fee of $7.00 we offer delivery once a week on Friday to Vancouver, North Vancouver and West Vancouver. If you are outside of Vancouver we offer delivery on the second Friday of each month. Delivery to: Burnaby, Delta, Langley, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock. Your order must be placed 48hrs before the delivery day to be part of that month’s or week’s delivery runs.
Can I just drop into the shop?
Our facility is a shared production kitchen so we only allow visitors by appointment. If you call 1 hour ahead we can generally arrange an appointment for you.
All orders must be placed and paid online.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Online Orders will receive an email titled "Order #(your order number) is confirmed" within 48hrs of your order being placed. This email will detail your pickup date and time. Do not try to pickup your order before you receive this confirmation email.
Late unclaimed orders
Due to our limited space, orders will be held for 24 hrs

If you have a front door, we will knock and leave at the door if there's no answer.
If you are in an apartment, please leave your buzzer number in the special instructions box on the cart page or the "Apartment, suite, etc.. (optional)" input box on the checkout page. We will buzz you and take the order back to our facility for pickup if there is no answer.
If you are still in BC but outside the cities listed above contact us we have limited options for delivery outside the Greater Vancouver Area.
**Sometimes Vancouver, North Vancouver and West Vancouver might be delivered before the following Friday. At the latest they will be delivered by the following Friday.
When will my subscription order be delivered?
All subscription orders are delivered on the second Friday of each month.
How do I manage my subscription
Create an account with the email address you used to place your subscription order. Once your are logged in you will be able to cancel, skip a month or change the the product you are subscribed too. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to contact us. Customer Contact Email

Product care is simple!
Keep Refrigerated. Caps can be twisted off. Do not use a bottle opener. Do not shake.
My kombucha was left out of the refrigerated overnight can I still drink it?
Yes, Kombucha left out of the fridge is safe to drink if left unrefrigerated. After 72 hours the kombucha may become increasingly carbonated and might burst its cap.
I have a food allergy can I have your kombucha?
Our production equipment is used solely by us and is sanitized after every use. We are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, GMO free, Nut Free You can see a list of the ingredients in each flavour on the flavours product page.
